If your order is received before 12:30pm Monday to Friday, your item will be shipped on the same day upon cleared payment, to your registered PayPal address / card billing address ONLY, otherwise the next working day.

The following postal codes will be subject to a surcharge of £6.08: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

The following postal codes will be subject to a surcharge of £9.12: BT, IM, TR21-25.

We use the "Parcel Force 48h" service which means guaranteed delivery within 48 hours Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm. However on a few occasions it has been reported to us that some items have been delivered within 24 hours. Please ensure that somebody will be at home to receive your item.

If you are not at home please leave clear, signed instructions to leave your shipment with a neighbour. If you have missed the delivery, your driver will leave you a card with contact details for you to either arrange redelivery or for your parcel to be left at your local Post Office.

All our items are send out with standard Parcel Force insurance with covers your items up to £150 in value. We are absolutely not responsible for any items not delivered. You will be issued with your unique track and trace ID in any event of a delay.
